Job Services Australia Quality Framework Release

The new Job Services Australia Quality Framework has been approved by the Minister for Employment Participation and is now released for the information of JSA Providers. More documents are to be posted to the DEEWR website in the next few days so it will be worthwhile to view these first before providing your full feedback to Employment Services Feedback.

KPI 3 - Quality Framework

The Quality Framework provides the architecture of how Job Services Australia provider's performance against Key Performance Indicator 3 of the Employment Services Deed 2009-2012 will be assessed. The Quality Framework aims to ensure that high quality employment services are delivered and will enable the department to work with providers to drive performance and continuous improvement. Quality Assessment Instructions detailing information about the assessment methodology and timing for each measure under the framework are currently being developed by the department and will be released for consultation with JSA providers as soon as possible. The Quality Assessment Instructions are being developed to ensure a transparency of process and a consistent understanding of the assessment criteria and associated processes.
