Discover a world of employment-related knowledge with the NESA Employment Discovery Grant, supported by RecruitmentSuper.

This inaugural grant is the first of its kind in Australia and is set to become the most highly prized honour within the industry.

Broaden your horizons and enhance your understanding in a global context while attending an exclusive industry event in Europe, as the special guest of the OECD LEED Executive and NESA CEO, Sally Sinclair.

In launching the Grant at the 2011 NESA Practitioners' Conference earlier this week, Sally said, "I am very grateful to RecruitmentSuper who as a valued industry partner of NESA are enabling us to announce today the launch of the Employment Discovery Grant." 

"This grant has been created to support excellence in employment services practice and will provide the recipient with an exceptional opportunity to enhance their professional development in an international context."

The 2011 recipient will receive:

  • A six-day2012 international discovery trip.
  • Attendance at an invitation-only OECD LEED Forum event in Europe.
  • Meetings with global Thought Leaders.
  • A study tour incorporating relevant organisations.
  • International air travel expenses and insurance.
  • Airport taxes and transfers.
  • Accommodation and daily meal allowance.

The grant is open to all employees of NESA corporate members and NESA Associate Members with more than three years industry experience.

Applications close Wednesday 13 July 2011. The recipient will be announced on Tuesday 9 August at the NESA Awards for Excellence in Brisbane.
