Exciting News: NESA’s improving connections with members

New phone number: 03 9624 2300
In our efforts to improve our customer service to members, we
have recently upgraded our telephone system. As part of the
upgrade, we will have a new office number. Please note from Tuesday
13th March, our new number will be 03 9624 2300. While
we will have in place an automated forwarding function for the next
few months, we'd appreciate it if you could note our new number.
Please make sure your colleagues are aware of this as well. Our fax
number stays the same 03 9686 3660.
From this date, when you call NESA's new phone number, you will
hear Ting's friendly voice inviting you to choose which area you
would like to be directed to.
Your options will be to press:
- 1. Workshop enquiries
- 2. Accounts enquiries
- 3. Helpdesk enquiries
- 4. Other enquiries or to speak to the real Ting or Shirley or
anyone else on the NESA team
NESA staff will also have direct lines.
